“Active Love” is an awareness and educational initiative to spread the gift of love. Based on the “Golden Rule”, it takes into account the different areas of an integrated life and recognizes that love is an action, not solely a sentiment. It is to be intentional with our choices. To learn to “look well” by finding opportunities in the everyday. It’s using our time wisely and be good stewards of our God-given gifts & talents. It is only through love that we can help create the world we all desire to live in. And it all starts with each and everyone of us.

Today Love must not be hidden...
It must be living, active and true!

Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini

Types of Love

Eros

Agape

Agape:
The Ultimate Love

God's unconditional and sacrificial love towards us transcends human limitations by being complete, pure, and eternal. His love is selfless, merciful, and gracious and it's perfectly represented by the gift of His son, Jesus Christ, who sacrificed His life for our salvation. It is what inspires Christians to love God above all things and to love others with compassion and kindness, following His example.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
